Csquare Waltham, Waltham
Csquare runs more than one address in Waltham, so the first thing we need is which one. 115 Second Avenue is where we work most, and we also attend 580 Winter Street and 600 Winter Street. A ticket that says only Waltham costs time at the door, whereas a street number puts a technician in the right lobby first time. If your paperwork still says Cyxtera or CenterSquare, this is the same estate under a new name, and tickets have to be raised under the operator in force today.
What we do in this building
Csquare runs sites in Waltham and in Watertown, and tenants sometimes hold cabinets in both. We cover both, and we cover the other Waltham operators as well, so a single ticket can span more than one building if that is how your estate is laid out.
You have to authorize us first
Add our technicians to your authorization list with Csquare. Once per customer, not per building, and only you can do it. Worth setting up while nothing is broken.

Why us and not the facility
One call, one technician, one rate.
Raise it with us directly and it does not join a queue behind every other tenant in the building, to be picked up by whoever is on shift and has never seen your cabinet before.
Waltham is one of the buildings we work in regularly. Same engineers each visit, rather than whoever the facility happens to have on shift that night. The phone gets answered by someone who can help rather than someone who opens a ticket about it.
Authorization takes a few minutes and it lasts. Get it done while nothing is broken and we are a phone call away from then on.

Straight answers
Questions about Waltham.
Do I need a colocation contract with Axcelx to book this?
No. Remote hands at Csquare is available whether or not you buy anything else from us. Plenty of our remote hands customers have their cabinets with another provider entirely.
How is the work billed?
Billed hourly. The same applies at every facility we cover, this one included.
How does emergency work get handled?
You call or email and we dispatch a technician. There is no triage queue and no ticket tier to climb. Our access arrangements at this building are already in place, so nothing has to be set up first, and we will tell you honestly when someone can be at your cabinet rather than quote a time we do not control.
How much notice do you need for planned work?
Pre-planned hourly work needs 72 hours notice, which lets us schedule the right technician and stage any parts before your window opens.
What do I have to set up before you can come on site?
Add our technicians to your authorization list with the operator. Once per customer, not per building, and only you can do it. Best done before you need us.
What do you need from me to open a ticket here?
The building and floor, your cabinet or cage number, what you want done, and who at the operator has authorized our access. For Csquare, the address is 115 Second Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451.
Do you work at other datacenters nearby?
Yes. We dispatch to any facility in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. This page covers Waltham specifically because it is one we attend regularly.
Need someone at 115 Second Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451?
Send the building, the cabinet number and what needs doing. Billed hourly, and no colocation contract with us is required.
