How do I get a quote?
Call 877-829-2359, email sales@axcelx.com or use the form on this page. Tell us the hardware, the power draw and the port speed you expect, and we will quote against that rather than a package tier.
Where is the Axcelx office?
Axcelx Technologies LLC, 21 Cummings Park, Suite 280, Woburn, MA 01801. Customer hardware is housed at CoreSite BO1, 70 Innerbelt Road, Somerville, Massachusetts.
Can I tour the data center?
Yes. We are happy to arrange a tour of the Somerville facility. Ask when you get in touch and we will set it up.
What are your support hours?
Technical support is available 24/7. Sales and general inquiries are handled during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Is there an emergency line for existing customers?
Yes. Emergency remote hands work is dispatched on your call or email rather than queued behind a ticket. Existing customers should use the support contact provided at onboarding.
