How much do managed servers cost?
Managed services are quoted per deployment because the scale varies enormously, from security audits on one VPS up to full management of a cabinet. Send us the environment and we will quote it.
Can I keep managing some things myself?
Yes. This is the normal arrangement. You can outsource all of your infrastructure to us, or retain ownership and management responsibility for specific items and let us cover the rest.
Do you handle hardware failure?
Yes. Hardware replacement is part of the managed service, handled on site by our own certified technicians rather than routed through a third party.
Is this only for servers hosted with Axcelx?
Managed service is designed around infrastructure in our facilities, where our technicians have physical access and our monitoring already has visibility. That is what makes proactive replacement possible rather than reactive.
