These documents apply to all Axcelx services in Boston, Charlotte and Fremont.

Commercial terms in plain language
The full documents govern, but these are the commitments that matter most to customers and they do not change between deals.
- No long-term agreements. Colocation, dedicated servers, virtual servers and internet access are billed monthly.
- No bandwidth commit levels. Bursting is included rather than sold as an upgrade.
- Bandwidth is measured on the 95th percentile. A 100 Mbps plan sustains 100 Mbps on both download and upload.
- Compliance reports are available annually on request. SSAE-18 SOC 1 and SOC 2 in Boston; SSAE 16, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS and HIPAA in Charlotte.
- High availability cloud carries a 99.9% uptime SLA backed by service credits.
- Setup is guaranteed within 24 hours on standard builds, excluding weekends.
