Ever pay someone for a dedicated server and realize you could pratically own the server after 6-12 months. This option allows dedicated servers clients to own the server they are currently renting. This is beneficial to have equity in the server. Essentially when your term of "Dedicated to Colo" is completed you will move off the Dedicated price to owning your server and moving on to colocation pricing structure.
